Every wedding is unique and what each couple desires is different. If one of our packages doesn’t suit exactly what you require for your wedding planning we are happy to offer you a customized proposal that suits the size and complexity of your wedding ceremony and reception. Wedding Planning, Coastal coordination and design 

You get you and your guests over here and we will take it from there!

This package includes everything you need to have a worry free wedding here on the coast plus many extras that will greatly reduce the stress of the days leading up to your wedding. When you want someone reliable to help with all the picking up, scheduling, vendor referrals, and help with last-minute details, this is the package you need. This package starts as soon as you book with us! 

This packages include (but is not limited to!): 

  • Vendor referrals and suggestions, helping you pick the perfect team
  • Discussion of timing and logistics
  • A complete wedding design (including a detailed 4 to 5 page design plan), full set up and tear down of your decor.
  • Setting up and distributing a timing schedule to all relevant persons involved in the wedding day celebration
  • Initial meeting to find out all the details about your wedding (on the phone for out of town clients)
  • Confirmation and coordination with all contracted vendors
  • Meeting the week of the wedding to discuss final logistics & collect items for your wedding day (when you arrive for out of town clients)
  • Comprehensive, detailed ‘Wedding Day Itinerary’
  • Attend and oversee wedding rehearsal (also help with decor for rehearsal if needed)
  • Wedding planner and planning assistant as well as set up crew depending on decor requirements
  • Greet vendors and set-up of ceremony & reception
  • Help to get wedding party in place to walk down the aisle. Make sure the flowers are held correctly, cue bridesmaids and ensure the timing is perfect and the wedding dress trains are straight
  • Coordinate reception activities with DJ and MC
  • Help the photographer get the photos that you have requested
  • Keep activities on schedule per timeline
  • Distribute final payments as needed to service providers
  • Provide a stress free day for the couple!

Wedding Package Bundle

We have a very special rate for couples that would like to bundle a number of our services together. If you would like our Coastal Weddings team to help plan your wedding, get a full design and decor package and then top off the package with a 5 hour photobooth package – we have a special rate of $3000 plus taxes. A savings of $200!!

We have been in the wedding planning industry for many years now and have established relationships with locations, vendors, and service providers all along the coast. No matter what your vision for your perfect wedding day may be, we can help you turn your dream into reality and stay on budget. Coastal Weddings & Events has designed countless wedding ceremonies, from traditional church weddings or barefoot beach nuptials to exchanging vows outdoors or uniting in matrimony at a whimsical comic book character wedding. Similarly we have created visually memorable design for a wide range of venues in all manner of styles: Formal, elegant, simple and natural – each and every reception as unique as the bridal couple.

Design is in the details

If you live on the Sunshine Coast or are intending to be married on the Sunshine Coast, we would love to meet with you at our wedding studio or talk by phone to discuss how Coastal Weddings & Events can help with the artistic elements of planning your wedding ceremony and reception. We will source everything needed to create the perfect backdrop for your wedding day and invite you to look at our rentals for some ideas about the treasures we have collected over the years and have available for events. Making every moment memorable is what we do best.

Our full design packages start at $650. Contact us any time for more information about our design and other services. This package includes a complete wedding design (including a detailed design plan), full set up and tear down of your decor.

Wedding planning “day of services” 

Are you looking for someone to take all of your hard work and execute your wedding exactly the way you have carefully planned out the details? This package is for you, starting approx. one month before your wedding we will start with a hand off meeting, where you fill us in on all your plans and then we take it from there. We create a detailed timeline, touch base with all your vendors, coordinate your wedding rehearsal and come your wedding day be there to make sure it goes off without a hitch.  Like a “day of planner but so much more.

Package pricing: – $1500 – $2000*
